Well, I figured it was time to post again.  I told Michelle that I would try to do a better job at checking LJ so we can find out about events and whatnot. :)  I think I'm just bad at computer social networking. 

So I found this interesting and I'm just going to throw this out there.  I looked up the wages a computer tech support person should be able to expect in the state of Michigan according to Career Cruising, a program that many school districts across the state of Michigan use to help direct students to a career after graduation.  I did this just because I was curious and wanted to know what should be considered a respectable wage since I had no idea.  I thought people might be interested to know since you all have some connection to the computer industry.  Here's what I found out...

Entry Wage	$15.28	$31,780
Median Wage	$19.76	$41,100
Experienced Wage	$25.15	$52,300

This isn't for programming or anything specific, just for someone in computer support.

Okay, so I finally decided I would post something.  I am sitting at home, sort of watching the Red Sox/Indians game, waiting for the pumpkin I just cooked to cool off.  I'm attempting to make my first pumpkin pie from scratch...well sort of.  I did buy the pie crust.  We'll see how this goes...
